Audemat to launch GOLDENEAGLE ATSC at NAB 2008 English

First unit to combine RF 8VSB and MPEG2 monitoring at an affordable price


Bordeaux-Mérignac, France – Wednesday, April 02, 2008, Audemat (www.audemat.com) announced that they are introducing at NAB2008 on their booth N7932 the NEW GOLDENEAGLE ATSC. The GOLDENEAGLE ATSC is a multi-station (40 stations) digital TV monitoring unit for 8VSB and MPEG2 monitoring. GOLDENEAGLE ATSC monitors 24/7 the Quality and Continuity of Services at an affordable cost. The unit automatically notifies the relevant person of out of tolerance conditions and enables the technical staff to quickly and remotely identify the point of failure. It helps reduce the costs of operation by combining RF and MPEG2 monitoring as well as optional transmitter remote control capabilities within the same unit. Goldeneagle ATSC can provide a solution that can meet the needs of local TV chief engineers and national networks with centralized management. The unit comes in 2 versions: RF version with 1 RF input for RF monitoring (MPEG2 Monitoring as an option) and RF + ASI: with 1 RF and 1 ASI input for RF monitoring and MPEG monitoring.
