Group Highlights Full Range of FM solutions for Phase 3 at New Delhi Show
14th January 2010, Bordeaux-Merginac, France - WorldCast Systems, supplier of professional turnkey systems to Radio broadcasters worldwide will be showcasing a range of solutions for all potential Phase III FM stations at the BES Expo in New Delhi, 29th-31st January 2010.Comprising of leading broadcast brands, Audemat, Ecreso and APT, WorldCast Systems can draw upon its extensive portfolio of broadcast equipment to provide a tailored and cost-effective turnkey approach for those needing to establish new FM stations or upgrade existing facilities.

Highlights of the product range include:
• Audio Delivery – Studio>Transmitter - WorldCast Equinox IP Audio CodecAPT’s WorldCast Equinox IP Audio codec will be demonstrated at the Delhi show. The WorldCast Equinox is now available in a wide range of configurations to suit every application and budget. In addition to the standard, entry-level unit offering linear or Enhanced apt-X over IP with X.21 back-up, Broadcasters can chose dual IP ports, dual ISDN ports, dual PSUs and a suite of professional algorithms to ensure that their audio codec meets their exact audio transport requirements with the appropriate level of reliability. With over 600 WorldCast IP audio codecs already deployed in FM stations throughout India, this new addition is sure to be of interest to all BES expo visitors.
• Audio Transmission – Ecreso Next FM
Also on show at the WorldCast Systems booth will be the exciting Next FM, Ecreso’s “Radio All in One” transmitter. Already successfully trialled in India, this revolutionary system offers audio processing, MPX encoding, RDS encoding, audio backup, UPS, Exciter and low power amplifier in a single 3U device packed full of redundancy features.
By combining a high quality transmitter with this essential broadcast functionality, the Next FM delivers many savings to the broadcaster in terms of cost, real estate, time and energy. Perfect for the FM market anticipated from Phase 3, the Next FM occupies less space at the transmitter site, draws less power and is a highly competitive, cost-effective alternative to purchasing a range of separate devices. With a single, integrated user interface to control all functions, the Next FM also enables greater user efficiency. Crucially, these savings do not come at the cost of quality. • Signal Monitoring & Coverage Measurement
For those interested in monitoring, the group will be showing Audemat’s highly successful and well-established FM MC4, a Mobile FM field-strength Meter and dynamic base-band Analyzer as well as the full range of Navigator mobile metering and Goldeneagle signal monitoring equipment.
